Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at ulviero@outlook.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll email you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we'll make it right with a free replacement or refund, no return needed.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take extra time to post it). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at ulviero@outlook.com.
